REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the fact that all products are handmade in small batches, there are NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, & NO EXCHANGES allowed.
Self care Naturals offer all handmade products that are made to order. Once orders are placed we are unable to change or modify that order after purchase.
MAIL RETUERNED PRODUCTS
If you placed an order and for any reason it is returned to us due to a wrong address you will be refunded for the full amount of your purchase less 15% plus shipping costs for the items lost, since returned items can't be restocked for safety reasons.
Standard shipping is 3-7business days from the date that you place your order has shipped and tracking confirmation has been received.
Priority shipping is 1-3 business days from the date your order has been shipped and tracking confirmation received.
Once you receive your tracking confirmation Self Care Naturals is no longer responsible for missing or lost packages that has been logged with USPS. Self Care Naturals is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages.
